• That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held May 22, 2018, be received and adopted.

DELEGATIONS

3.1

3:00 p.m. - Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development

Josh Pressey and Rob Johnasson, from the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, will appear before the Caucus to discuss the Anahim/Kluskus Connector Road project.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

City of Quesnel - Canada Day Sponsorship Request

(Referred from the May 22nd North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting.)

• That the correspondence from City of Quesnel Mayor Bob Simpson, dated May 7, 2017, as referred from the May 22nd North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, extending an invitation to the City of Quesnel's 2018 Canada Day Celebration and requesting sponsorship, be received.  Further action for funding options at the discretion of the Caucus.

GFA Application – Nazko Emergency Management Team

(Referred from the May 25th CRD Board meeting.)

• That the Grant for Assistance Application from the Nazko Emergency Management Team in the amount of $1,000 to purchase a WorkSafe BC Level 3 First Aid Kit and accessories, as referred by the CRD Board at its meeting on May 25, 2018, for consideration of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
