CALL TO ORDER

(The meeting is scheduled to commence at 3:00 p.m.)

That members of the public are not permitted to physically attend the January 12, 2021 meeting of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As per Ministerial Order from the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General the Regional District cannot, at this time, ensure the safety of staff, Caucus members, and members of the public in such circumstances. Despite this, for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 4 of the Community Charter, the meeting is not to be considered closed to the public.

Openness, transparency, accessibility, and accountability, in respect of this meeting, will be achieved by the open publishing of the minutes.

That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held December 8, 2020, be received and adopted.

That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated January 7, 2021, regarding the appointment of a Co-Chair to the North Cariboo Joint Advisory Committee for 2021, be received. Further, that the Caucus appoint a Co-Chair to the North Cariboo Joint Advisory Committee for 2021. Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated January 7, 2021, regarding North Cariboo appointments for 2021 be received. Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
