Minutes of the Policy Committee Meeting - August 15, 2023

• That the minutes of the Policy Committee meeting, held August 15, 2023, be adopted.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

3.1

Board on the Road Meeting Policy Proposal

• That the Committee recommend to the Board of Directors that the Board on the Road Meeting Policy be adopted as presented.

3.2

DRAFT – Director Certificate of Recognition Policy

• That individual Directors who wish to recognize accomplishments of businesses, individuals or groups within their electoral area, will obtain congratulatory greeting cards to be provided directly from the Director without CRD branding/endorsement.

3.3

Rescind TAC Policy

• That Policy #01-06B-22 - Treaty Advisory Committee Policy be recommended for rescindment to the CRD Board.

3.4

L1.2 Library Programme Rooms Policy - Update

• That the Committee recommend to the Cariboo Regional District Board that Policy #00-6-16(12) - Library Programme Room Policy be endorsed as amended.

3.5

Engagement Strategy 2023 - 2027

• Action at the discretion of the Policy Committee.

3.6

Request to delete policy no longer in use

• That Policy #02-11B-5(5)(13) - Management Staff Course Fees Policy be rescinded.

ADJOURNMENT

• That the meeting of the Policy Committee be adjourned at TIME, January 24, 2024.
