CALL TO ORDER

Adoption of Agenda

• That the agenda be adopted as presented.

As per Ministerial Order from the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General

• That members of the public are not permitted to physically attend the June 8, 2021 meeting of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As per Ministerial Order from the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General the Regional District cannot, at this time, ensure the safety of staff, Caucus members, and members of the public in such circumstances.  Despite this, for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 4 of the Community Charter, the meeting is not to be considered closed to the public.

  Openness, transparency, accessibility, and accountability, in respect of this meeting, will be achieved by the open publishing of the minutes.

ADOPTION OF MINUTES

Minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus - April 13, 2021

• ​That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held April 13, 2021, be received and adopted.

DELEGATIONS

3:00 p.m. - Emcon Services

Chad Mernett, Contract Manager, and Julie Spina, Quality Assurance Manager, from Emcon Services will join the meeting to provide an update on Emcon's activities in the North Cariboo.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

2021 Canada Day Virtual Celebration

• That the correspondence from Charlene Lawrence, Business Outreach Coordinator, City of Quesnel, dated June 7, 2021, regarding this year's Canada Day Virtual Celebrations, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
