That the agenda item summary from Kevin Erickson, Chief Financial Officer, dated August 9, 2023, regarding the City of Quesnel’s request to renew the Recruitment and Retention contract for a five-year term commencing January 1, 2024, be received. Further, that staff be instructed to produce the necessary contract extension documents to renew the contract over a five-year term based on the terms specified in the July 19th letter from the City of Quesnel and forward them to the City of Quesnel for signature.
