That the agenda be adopted with the addition of a discussion regarding agenda publishing deadlines.

That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held April 25, 2018, be received and adopted.

Carla Bullinger, on behalf of Communities That Care, appeared before the Caucus to provide an update on the group's activities.

Inspector Jeff Pelley, Williams Lake Detachment RCMP, and Dave Dickson appeared before the Caucus to provide an update.

J. MacLean, Chief Administrative Officer, joined the meeting for this presentation.

CCR.2018-6-3
That the email from Thomas Schoen, dated May 14, 2018, regarding dust control on Beaver Lake Road, be received. Further, that a letter be forwarded to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure requesting a conversation to ask that paving of Beaver Lake Road be included in the long-term capital plan as it's an emergency egress and major thoroughfare for both Gibraltar and Mount Polley Mines, and as a short-term solution, that Beaver Lake Road be maintained including dust control and the repair of potholes.
