CALL TO ORDER

(The meeting is scheduled to commence at 12:00 p.m.)

That the minutes of the South Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, held September 9, 2019, be received and adopted.

That the agenda item summary from Darron Campbell, Manager of Community Services, dated October 11, 2019, regarding the 2020 five-year business and financial plans for the South Cariboo Recreation Services function and the South Cariboo Recreation Centre capital plan, be received. Further, that the plans be endorsed as presented and that the contribution agreement with the District of 100 Mile House for the soccer fields be renewed at the current amount of $61,000 per year and that the agreement for Martin Exeter Hall be renewed with an increase of $5,000 to $60,000 per year as reflected in the 2020-2024 financial plan.

That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated October 17, 2019, regarding changes to the Cariboo Regional District’s Grants for Assistance Policy, be received. Further that South Cariboo Grants for Assistance applications that do not fall within the parameters of the Cariboo Regional District Grants for Assistance Policy be included on a report to the South Cariboo Joint Committee and forwarded to the District of 100 Mile House Council for consideration.

That the meeting of the South Cariboo Joint Committee be adjourned at TIME, October 21,2019.
