• ​That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held October 8, 2019, be received and adopted.

DELEGATIONS

3:00 p.m. - Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure

Derek Kitamura, Area Manager – Roads - Quesnel (Nazko/Wells/Hixon), and Ian Grant, Area Manager - Roads – Quesnel South, with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, will appear before the Caucus to provide an update on current activities and plans for 2020.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

Request for Sponsorship of the Minerals North, 2020 Vision

(Deferred at the October 8, 2019 meeting.)

• That the request for sponsorship of the Minerals North, 2020 Vision, conference to be held in Quesnel between April 29th and May 1st, 2020, deferred at the October 8, 2019 meeting, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
