Canlan Ice Sports - South Cariboo Recreation Centre 2019 Operating Subsidy

(J. Dickerson, Facility Manager, will be in attendance for discussion of this item.)

• That the letter from Josh Dickerson, Facility Manager, Canlan Ice Sports, dated February 10, 2020, regarding the 2019 Operating Subsidy Report for the South Cariboo Recreation Centre, be received.

DELEGATIONS

12:30 p.m. - Leo Holthuysen, President of 100 Mile Royal Canadian Legion

Leo Holthuysen, President of 100 Mile Royal Canadian Legion, will appear before the Committee to discuss Remembrance Day Services.

1:00 p.m. - Land of Hidden Waters Group

Irene Meili, President, Fishing Hwy Tourist Association, and Manuela Betschart, past president, Fishing Hwy Tourist Association, will be appearing on behalf of the group “Land of Hidden Waters” to discuss the groups marketing efforts.

IN-CAMERA SESSION

• That the meeting be closed to public to discuss items suitable for discussion in-camera pursuant to Section 90(1)(k) of the Community Charter.

ADJOURNMENT
