• That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held January 15, 2019, be received and adopted.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

Referred Item - Social Planning Council of Williams Lake GFA Application

(Referred back to the CC Rural Caucus by the CRD Board at its meeting on February 8, 2019.)

• That the following recommendation as referred back to the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus by the Cariboo Regional District Board at its meeting on February 8, 2019, be received:

  That a Grant for Assistance in the total amount of $4,000 be provided to the Social Planning Council of Williams Lake, divided equally and allocated from the Electoral Areas D, E, F and K Grants for Assistance funds.

  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

Scout Island Nature Centre - Invitation to Banquet

• That the letter from the Scout Island Nature Centre, dated February 20, 2019, inviting a CRD director to attend and provide a brief presentation at the Scout Island Nature Centre fund raising banquet on April 5, 2019, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
