Cathy Ulrich (CEO), Michael Hoefer (Regional Director, Capital Planning & Support Services - via teleconference), and Daryl Petsul (Manager, Surgical & Critical Care, Emergency), all with Northern Health, will join the Committee of the Whole to provide updates pertaining to the Quesnel health services administrative area.
