• That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, held November 23, 2023, be received and adopted.

Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society Grant Award Update

• That the Fall 2022 Arts and Culture Society Grant Award report be received.

3.2

Joint Use Facilities Agreement Renewal

• That the Council Report from Kaitlyn Atkinson, Manager of Recreation and Leisure Services, dated January 16, 2023, regarding renewal of the Joint Use Facilities Agreement, be received.  Further, that the agreement be renewed as presented and that the appropriate signatories be authorized to enter into the agreement.
