Terms of Reference

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated January 8, 2020, regarding the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus Terms of Reference, be received. Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

3.2

Appointment of 2020 Co-Chair for North Cariboo Joint Committee

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated January 9, 2020, regarding the appointment of a Co-Chair to the North Cariboo Joint Committee for 2020, be received. Further, that the Caucus appoint a Co-Chair to the North Cariboo Joint Committee for 2020.

North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee - Budget Allocation Request

• That the letter from the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee, dated January 2, 2020, requesting that the remaining 2019 funds in the ADAC account be rolled over into the 2020 budget, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

2020 Meeting Schedule

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated December 3, 2019, regarding the 2020 North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting schedule, be received. Further, that the following meeting schedule for the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus be endorsed with meeting start times to be at 3:00 p.m.:

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated January 9, 2019, regarding a request from the City of Quesnel to consider funding a trail plan for the interconnector trail between the Dragon Mountain and Wonderland trail networks, be received. Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
