• ​That the minutes of the South Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held October 21, 2019, be received and adopted.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

3.1

Deka Lake & District Ratepayers Association - Grant for Assistance Application

• That the Grant for Assistance application from the Deka Lake & District Ratepayers Association, as referred to the South Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus by the CRD Board at its meeting on October 4th, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

IN-CAMERA SESSION

There will be items suitable for discussion in-camera pursuant to Section 90(1)(e) of the Community Charter.

• That the meeting be closed to public to discuss items suitable for discussion in-camera pursuant to Section 90(1)(e) of the Community Charter.
