• ​That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held March 9, 2021, be received and adopted.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

3.1

City of Quesnel Funding Request - Improved Access to Quesnel Canyon

(Referred from the March 9th meeting)

• That the correspondence from City of Quesnel Mayor Bob Simpson, dated March 3, 2021, requesting funding towards improving access to the Quesnel Canyon, as referred from the March 9th meeting for discussion, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

3.2

Agricultural Development Advisory Committee (ADAC) Member Appointment Request

• That the letter from the Agricultural Development Advisory Committee (ADAC), dated March 26, 2021, requesting the appointment of Reanne Sanford as the Quesnel Cattlemen's Association member representative to serve on the ADAC for a two-year term ending December 2022, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
