• ​That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held September 8, 2020, be received and adopted.

3:00 p.m. - Russell Bobrowski, Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development

Russell Bobrowski, Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, will join the meeting, via teleconference, to provide an update on goldfish in Dragon Lake.

3:30 p.m. - North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee

Representatives from the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee will be joining the meeting, via teleconference, to discuss  their 2020 progress report and budget extension request.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee - Progress Report and 2020 Budget Extension Request

• That the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee Progress Report, dated November 30, 2020, and the letter from the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee, dated November 27, 2020, requesting that the remaining 2020 funds in the ADAC account be rolled over into the 2021 budget, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

2021 Meeting Schedule

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated December 2, 2020, regarding the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting schedule for 2021, be received. Further, that the following meeting schedule for the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus be endorsed, with meeting start times to be 3:00 p.m.:

Agricultural Development Advisory Committee - 2021 Appointments

• That the letter from Martin Rossmann, ADAC Chair, dated December 7, 2020, requesting organization member representative appointments to serve on the committee for a two-year term ending December 2022, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

• ​That the meeting of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus be adjourned at TIME, December 8, 2020.
