• ​That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held February 11, 2020, be received and adopted.

DELEGATIONS

3:00 p.m. - UNBC 

Eric Schwenger, Campus Development Liaison and Operations Manager, UNBC, will appear before the Caucus to provide an update on UNBC

3:30 p.m. - SkyFest

Jerry and Barb van Halderen will appear before the Caucus to provide an update on the 2019 SkyFest event.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee Request to Amend Bylaw 5137

Bylaw No. 5137 is attached for reference purposes.

• That the correspondence dated February 28, 2020 from Martin Rossmann, Chair of the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee requesting changes to Bylaw No. 5137, be received.   Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

Quesnel Technics Gymnastics Club - Funding Request for Zone 8 Championships

• That the correspondence dated January 21, 2020, from the Quesnel Technics Gymnastics Club, requesting funding for the Zone 8 Championships, be received.   Further action a the discretion of the Caucus.

Concerns Regarding Gymnastics Club Building Next to the West Fraser Centre

• That the email dated February 29, 2020 from Mary McEllistrum, voicing concerns about the gymnastics club building next to the West Fraser Centre, be received.
