• That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held February 28, 2018, be received and adopted.

Doina Varzaru, Quality Manager – Interior Roads Ltd., Central Cariboo Region, will appear before the Caucus to provide an update.

4.1

Referred Item - Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure - Campbell and Pigeon Roads

• That the letter from the Honourable Claire Trevena, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, dated January 25, 2018, regarding the requests to review the condition of Pigeon Road in the 150 Mile House area and paving of Campbell Road on Fox Mountain, as referred to the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus by the Cariboo Regional District Board at its meeting on February 16, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

Funding Request from Cariboo Direct Farm Market Association

• That the letter from the Cariboo Direct Farm Market Association, dated April 17, 2018, requesting a financial contribution to the Williams Lake Farmers' Market from the Area D Economic Development Service, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

Williams Lake Central Business Improvement Area Association AGM Minutes - April 5, 2018

• That the minutes of the Williams Lake Central Business Improvement Area Association AGM, held April 5, 2018, be received.

4.4

Funding Request from the Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce - Visitor Maps

(Copy of correspondence added at late publishing.)

• That the email from Jaylyn Byer, Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce, dated April 19, 2018, requesting the Cariboo Regional District to be a funding partner in updating the existing map of the Cariboo region, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
