• ​That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held April 9, 2019, be received and adopted.

RCMP Sergeant Andrew Burton will appear before the Caucus to provide an update.

4.1

Royal Canadian Legion Branch #094 - Request for Support

• That the letter from Darcey Horn, Director of Finance, Treasurer and Grant Writer for the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #094, dated March 30, 2019, requesting a letter of support as well as financial support to develop an accessible dock at Legion Beach on Dragon Lake, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

Quesnel Pride and Community Outreach - Request for Sponsorship of Pride Parade

• That the letter from the Quesnel Pride and Community Outreach, dated March 2019, requesting sponsorship of Quesnel's 5th Annual Pride Parade, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

City of Quesnel - Canada Day Sponsorship and Invitation

• That the letter from Mayor Bob Simpson, City of Quesnel, dated April 9, 2019, requesting sponsorship for the 2019 Quesnel Canada Day celebrations and an invitation to a Northern CRD Director to speak at the opening ceremonies, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.
