    That the minutes of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held March 12, 2019, as referred back to the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus for correction by the Cariboo Regional District Board at its meeting on March 22, 2019, be received.  Further, that Res. No. NCR.2019-3-5 be corrected to read as follows: 

    That a letter be sent to the City of Quesnel Mayor and Council requesting a joint meeting. Further, that the use of alternates and the purpose and value of the North Cariboo Joint Planning Committee be included on the agenda.
