• That the agenda item summary from Kevin Erickson, Chief Financial Officer, dated May 16, 2023, regarding the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between Northern Health and the Northern Regional Hospital Districts, be received. Further, that the appropriate signatories be authorized to sign the Memorandum of Understanding at the Northern Health/Regional Hospital District Fall Joint Meeting scheduled for October 16, 2023. Further action at the discretion of the Board.
