  • That members of the public are not permitted to physically attend the May 26, 2021 meeting of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As per Ministerial Order from the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General the Regional District cannot, at this time, ensure the safety of staff, Caucus members, and members of the public in such circumstances.  Despite this, for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 4 of the Community Charter, the meeting is not to be considered closed to the public.

    Openness, transparency, accessibility, and accountability, in respect of this meeting, will be achieved by the open publishing of the minutes.

  • That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held April 20, 2021, be received and adopted.

Janis Breck from the Canadian Mental Health Association, will join the meeting to provide an update on CMHA’s activities in the Central Cariboo.

Silvia Dubray, City of Williams Lake Community Well-Being & Safety Coordinator, will join the meeting to provide an update on the Community Well-Being Safety Plan.

  • That the Central Cariboo Housing Capacity and Gap Analysis Report, prepared by CitySpaces Consulting, dated April 2021, be received.

  • ​That the Action Page as presented at the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting on May 26, 2021, be received.

  • ​That the meeting of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus be adjourned at TIME, May 26, 2021.
