CALL TO ORDER - ELECTION OF CHAIR

The meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m.

First Call by the Manager of Community Services for nominations for the position of Chair of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus.

Director Glassford nominated Director Sjostrom for the position of Chair of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus. Director Sjostrom accepted the nomination.

Second call and third call by the Manager of Community Services for nominations for the position of Chair of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus.

There being no further nominations, the Manager of Community Services declared nominations closed and declared Director Sjostrom Chair of the North Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus for the upcoming year.

CRD Quesnel Search & Rescue Society Contribution Increase Request

  That the agenda item summary from Stephanie Masun, Manager of Protective Services, dated November 6, 2018 regarding CRD Quesnel Search & Rescue Society contribution increase request, be received. Further, that the Society be requested to provide the revenue and expenses summary for the previous five years to date (2018), rather than basing their request on 2017 expenses, and that this information be brought back to the Caucus for consideration together with the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the past ten years.
