David Rhodes from Dawson Road Maintenance and Michelle Schilling from the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will appear before the Committee to provide an update.

100 Mile House Wranglers Jr B Hockey Club - Request to Renegotiate Agreement

• That the letter from the 100 Mile House Wranglers Jr B Hockey Club, dated December 12, 2019, requesting renegotiation of the Agreement with the Cariboo Regional District, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Committee.

South Cariboo Joint Committee Terms of Reference

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated January 8, 2020, regarding the South Cariboo Joint Committee Terms of Reference, be received. Further action at the discretion of the Committee.

Change of Date for April Meeting

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Office/Executive Assistant, dated January 9, 2020, regarding a change of date for the April 2020 South Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, be received. Further, that the South Cariboo Joint Committee meeting scheduled for April 13, 2020 be changed to April 20, 2020.
