• That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus meeting, held June 20, 2018, be received and adopted.

DELEGATIONS

3.1

3:00 p.m. - Williams Lake Cross Country Ski Club

Robin Dawes and Lisa Seabourne, from the Williams Lake Cross Country Ski Club, will appear before the Caucus to provide an update on the activities of the Club, and to discuss the status of the $9,000 Grant for Assistance funding that the CRD is holding in trust.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

Grant for Assistance Applications

• That the Grant for Assistance applications, as presented to the Central Cariboo Rural Directors Caucus on November 28, 2018, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

4.2

Dog Control in Wildwood Area - Emails from Residents

• That the emails from Alana Wilson and Nora Gregor, dated November 16, 2018, regarding the need for animal control in Wildwood, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

Rural Caucus 101
