• ​That the minutes of the South Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, held December 12, 2022, be received and adopted.

12:00 - 100 Mile RCMP

Staff Sergeant Kevin Smith, of the 100 Mile House RCMP Detachment, will be in attendance to introduce himself to the Committee members and discuss policing priorities for 2023/24

Canlan Ice Sports 2022 South Cariboo Recreation Centre Report

By consensus

• That the letter from Josh Dickerson, Facility Manager, South Cariboo Recreation Centre, Canlan Sports Corp., dated February 13, 2023, regarding the 2022 Operating Subsidy Report for the South Cariboo Recreation Centre, be received.

Grant for Assistance Application from the Royal Canadian Legion – 100 Mile House Branch

By consensus

• That the agenda item summary from Kathie Vilkas, Regional Economic & Community Development Officer dated February 9, 2023, regarding a Grant for Assistance application in the amount of $15,000 from the Royal Canadian Legion 100 Mile Branch for repairs to stairs and entrance ramp, be received. Further action at the direction of the Committee.

Renewal of the Joint Use Agreement

By consensus

• That the agenda item summary from Darron Campbell, Manager of Community Services, dated February 1, 2023, regarding a renewal of the Joint Use Agreement between School District 27, Thompson Rivers University, City of Williams Lake, District of 100 Mile House and the Cariboo Regional District, be received. Further, that the terms be renewed for an additional four years from January 2023 to December 2026 and the appropriate signatories be authorized to enter into the agreement as presented.
