• That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, held March 28, 2018, be received and adopted.

DELEGATIONS

3.1

5:30 p.m. - Enbridge Inc.

Jay Morrison, Senior Public Affairs Advisor, and Emma Shea, Community and Indigenous Engagement Consultant, from Enbridge Inc., will appear before the Committee to provide an update on proposed projects in the Central Cariboo.

3.2

6:00 p.m. - Mt. Timothy Ski Society

Michael Kidston, President of the Mt. Timothy Ski Society, will appear before the Committee to discuss funding support for the Society.

• That the information relating to the Mt. Timothy ski area, provided by the Mt. Timothy Ski Society, and letter addressed to the City of Williams Lake, dated February 15, 2018, requesting a Grant in Aid, be received.
