Members of the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee will be in attendance to discuss the possibility of forming a Central Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee.

• That the agenda item summary from Emily Epp, Manager of Communications, dated January 9, 2020, regarding the 2020 Info Fair & Directors Meetings, as deferred by the Caucus on January 22, 2020 to the February meeting, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Caucus.

City of Williams Lake - 2020 All Nations Pow Wow 

• That the letter from Rena Schill, Acting Corporate Officer, City of Williams Lake, dated February 18, 2020, regarding its Council Resolution supporting the 2020 All Nations Pow Wow event scheduled for June 2020, be received.
