Delegation - North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee

Members of the North Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee were in attendance to discuss the possibility of forming a Central Cariboo Agricultural Development Advisory Committee.

2020 Info Fair & Directors Meetings

  That the agenda item summary from Emily Epp, Manager of Communications, dated January 9, 2020, regarding the 2020 Info Fair & Directors Meetings, as deferred by the Caucus on January 22, 2020 to the February meeting, be received.  Further, that no Central Cariboo Info Fair be held in 2020 but rather, Electoral Area D, E, and F Directors work with staff to organize a joint meet and greet in the fall of 2020.

  Still further, that staff investigate and advise as to whether or not the funds budgeted for Info Fairs can be used for a different type of meeting.

  That the letter from Rena Schill, Acting Corporate Officer, City of Williams Lake, dated February 18, 2020, regarding its Council Resolution supporting the 2020 All Nations Pow Wow event scheduled for June 2020, be received.
