• That the minutes of the Central Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, held October 23, 2019, be received and adopted.

• That the Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society Report on the Fourth Quarter of 2019, be received.

3.2

Terms of Reference

Voting - Electoral Areas D, E, F, J, and K, and City of Williams Lake

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated February 19, 2020, regarding the Central Cariboo Joint Committee Terms of Reference, be received. Further action at the discretion of the Committee.

Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society Performances in the Park Service Agreement Renewal

Voting – Electoral Areas D, E, and F and City of Williams Lake

Ratification required by CRD and City of Williams Lake

• That the agenda item summary from Darron Campbell, Manager of Community Services, dated January 6, 2020, regarding the Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Performances in the Park services agreement with the Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society and the City of Williams Lake, be received. Further, that the agreement be renewed for three years with annual contributions of $15,000 in 2020, $16,500 in 2021 and $18,000 in 2022 paid to the society for coordinating the Performances in the Park event.

Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex 2020 Financial Plan and Capital Adjustment

• That the City of Williams Lake Council Report from Ian James, Director, Community Services, dated January 19, 2020, regarding the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex 2020 Financial Plan and Capital Adjustment, be received.  Further action at the discretion of the Committee.

2020 Community Recreation Interest Survey Results

• That the City of Williams Lake Council Report from Ian James, Director of Community Services, dated February 28, 2020, regarding the 2020 Community Recreation Interest Survey Results, be received.

• That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated February 18, 2020, regarding the Central Cariboo Joint Committee meeting schedule for the remainder of 2020, be received. Further, that the following meeting schedule for the Central Cariboo Joint Committee be endorsed, with meeting start time to be 5:30 p.m.:
