  ​That the minutes of the South Cariboo Joint Committee meeting, held September 17, 2018, be received and adopted.

Elcy Lepage provided an update on behalf of Interior Roads Ltd.

REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE

4.1

Grant for Assistance Applications

• Councillor Mingo declared a conflict of interest for discussion of the 100 Mile & District Community Policing Consultative Committee Grant for Assistance application as he is a captain in the organization and left the meeting at 1:25 p.m. 

  Councillor Mingo returned to the meeting at 1:27 p.m.

  Chair Wagner and Councillor Fossum declared a conflict of interest for discussion of the Age Friendly Society of the South Cariboo Grant for Assistance application as they are affiliated with the organization and left the meeting at 1:33 p.m.

  Chair Wagner and Councillor Fossum returned to the meeting at 1:34 p.m.

  Councillor Pettman declared a conflict of interest for discussion of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Williams Lake (South Cariboo Office) Grant for Assistance application as he affiliated with the organization and left the meeting at 1:34 p.m.

  Councillor Pettman returned to the meeting at 1:36 p.m.

  That the following Grants for Assistance Applications as presented to the South Cariboo Joint Committee on November 13, 2018, be received.  Further, that the Cariboo Regional District Board Policy No. 13-03A-39 be waived where applicable and that the grant applications be allocated in the 2019 Grants for Assistance budget as noted below:

  That the agenda item summary from Lore Schick, Deputy Corporate Officer/Executive Assistant, dated October 31, 2018, regarding the proposed 2019 meeting schedule, be received. Further, that the meeting schedule for the South Cariboo Joint Committee be endorsed commencing at 12:00 p.m. on the following dates:
